Setting Up A Trusted Recovery Account

Morpher Wallet is non-custodial, meaning we do not have access to your login credentials and cannot help users recover their account if they lose their credentials. This is done in order to ensure the safety of users' funds and give them full control of their wallet and funds. Therefore, setting a recovery account is crucial to make sure you don't lose access to your funds.

On Morpher, you can set up a recovery method that can be used to recover access to your account in case you lose your wallet credentials. The available account recovery options are:
Apple
Google
Facebook
VKontakte

Note: This feature is only available for Morpher Wallet users.

Navigate to the "Settings" page and go to the 'wallet' tab and click on the "Add Recovery" icon.

If you have setup a 2FA method, you will then be asked to fill in a six-digit OTP in order to begin the process.

Choose a trusted account recovery method from the available options.

Input your credentials on the external website to add a recovery method and secure your funds!
