Supported Countries

As both a fintech and a EU-based company, Morpher has to comply with regulations which may affect your access to the platform. While we try to be as inclusionary as possible, we must limit access to certain countries for a number of reasons. Below is an exhaustive list of the countries that are not currently supported by Morpher, as well as possible explanations to why that is the case.

||| If you're from a restricted country, using a VPN will not work. Every user on Morpher submits identification documents that are used to determine whether they come from a supported region or not, in order to have full access to the platform.

If you are a user from an unsupported country, please keep in mind that your account is at risk of being blocked until you provide an ID from a supported country by completing KYC.

Why is my country not supported?

There are a number of reasons why your country may not be supported.

We have temporarily restricted access due to overwhelming demand, so as to give users a chance from other countries.
We have detected an overwhelming amount of fraudulent activity coming from users of this country and have temporarily restricted new signups.

Logging in

When you first register on Morpher you automatically create a wallet. You are provided with two choices; a Morpherwallet or Metamask wallet. While Fortmatic wallet is still supported, account creation is no longer supported with a Fortmatic wallet.

When you log in to Morpher, it's important to understand that you are logging in using your wallet. This is because trading on Morpher involves interacting with your tokens, which are sent to your wallet any time you have a gain on a trade, or reedem a referral reward.

||| Morpher cannot help you recover lost credentials. Your wallet is your own responsibility.

So, to log in your have to use the same wallet login as the wallet that you created. Morpherwallet, Fortmatic, and Metamask are three very different wallets, in that, Morpherwallet and Fortmatic are made for simple use, and Metamask is built for advanced blockchain users. You can always switch from Fortmatic to Metamask, but not the other way around.

Logging in to your account

When you want to login to Morpher, navigate to https://www.morpher.com/trade/.

If you're a Morpherwallet user, click the Log In button with the Morpher icon on it.

If you're a Metamask or Fortmatic user, click "Select a different wallet". Then click either the "Metamask" or "Fortmatic icons.

Margin Interest

Leverage allows you to increase your exposure to the markets beyond the size of your balance. If you want to get started trading with leverage, check out this guide: Trading with Leverage.

While leverage opens up a world of possibilities for traders, you have to remain mindful of the fees attached with increasing your exposure. Aside from increased spreads, interest on leveraged trades can also impact your performance and profitability.

Margin Interest

Like in traditional financial markets, there is a cost associated with borrowing funds to increase your exposure. This leverage fee is deducted as an ongoing interest rate.

On Morpher, all positions with leverage incur a daily, non-compounding fee of 0.03% net exposure.

How It Works

The interest is automatically deducted from the value of your position. This is a non-compounding interest rate, so the rate doesn't change. Since the interest rate is added daily, holding leveraged positions for longer results in paying more total interest. Similarly, since the rate is based on net exposure, positions with bigger leverage pay more interest.

Withdrawals

Morpher has upgraded its withdrawal process, by allowing users to send their funds directly to their Polygon or Ethereum wallet addresses. In the new withdrawals, users no longer need to burn their tokens, and then wait to collect their funds. Follow these steps to withdraw your funds in under 5 minutes.

Navigate to the funds page, and click on withdrawal

Withdraw to Bank Account

This is a short guide on how to do fiat withdrawals. Transfer crypto funds from your Morpher account to a fiat bank account. While Morpher does not yet support bank withdrawals, you can use any major crypto exchange to turn MPH into euros or dollars. Leverage your Binance account to convert MPH to USD in just a few minutes.

Here's what you'll need to withdraw to your bank account

Balance of at least 100 MPH
Crypto exchange account (Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, KuCoin etc.)

The Process

While there are few steps, the overall process is simple: withdraw your funds to a crypto exchange, and then sell that crypto to move it to your bank account.

About Morpher Tokens (MPH)

All traders on Morpher are also Morpher token (MPH) owners. This short overview covers the basics of MPH tokens and the overall token economy. You’ll find more detailed information on distribution, supply, and demand in Token Economics.

Usage

Every trade on Morpher is placed using MPH tokens, and all gains/losses are paid out in MPH. Even with fiat-stable trading planned in a future release, MPH will always be the settlement currency. This is because MPH uniquely enables the entire Morpher Protocol.

Token Structure

MPH is an ERC20 token, built on top of Ethereum like many Decentralized Finance (DeFi) tokens. Some of the most popular cryptocurrencies are ERC20 tokens. Following the ERC20 token standard makes MPH natively compatible with nearly all crypto wallets and crypto exchanges.

Buying and Selling

MPH tokens are available for buying and selling on several crypto exchanges. A user's ability to convert MPH into other currencies and vice versa, as well as the currencies available, will vary by exchange. Support for more exchanges and easier buying and selling is always in development.

Price

The MPH token's price is free-floating, not fixed. Instead the price is determined by trading activity on crypto exchanges where MPH is listed. This is directly analogous to most major currencies such as $ Dollars, £ Pounds, or € Euros. All of these currencies have an external price that is set by traders on foreign exchange markets.
