Some funds may be restricted on Morpher. Here are the common reasons your funds may not be available for withdrawal.

Why are my withdrawals locked?

House Tokens

House Tokens are not available for withdrawal. If you received a reward or bonus from us to start trading, this was likely part of a House Token balance. House Tokens let you invest risk-free with our money, however they cannot be withdrawn. When you close a trading position, the profits are automatically added to your account and are available to withdraw. Just the original House Token amount is not available for withdrawal.

You can track your House Token balance on the Funds page. And this is sometimes why the amount you can withdraw is lower than your total funds.

Time-Locked Funds

Deposits made through PayPal have a temporary lock-up period. They come with a 10% bonus that also is subject to the same lock-up period. You can see these funds under the "Time-Locked" section on the Funds page. You can immediately trade and invest with these funds, but you will not be able to withdraw them until the lock-up date.
