Depositing with Crypto (Coinbase)

Funding Your Account with Coinbase

Click Add Funds on the Funds page, and select the 'Pay with Coinbase' option. Or just follow this link to the Coinbase deposit page.

Next, you have the option of paying for the transaction by using your existing Coinbase account or by using another wallet.

We recommend using Coinbase directly, because you are provided with a clear overview of incurred fees. Depositing with another wallet will require you to estimate the required amount of gas.

Connect your Coinbase account.

Coinbase login page

Follow the on-screen instructions to authorize a transaction from your Coinbase account. These steps may vary depending on the security level of your account.

Once you have completed the transaction, check it's status on the funds page in the Morpher app.

Funding Your Account with Another Wallet

These steps apply if you would like to fund your account by using another wallet.

While on the Coinbase deposit screen, select the cryptocurrency that you would like to use for the transaction.

The options you see may change over time.

Depending on your choice, you will be presented a QR code and a wallet address that should be used as the recipient's address for the transaction.

Enter the wallet address in your wallet, and the amount that you would like to deposit.

Please make sure that you are transacting on the right chain! If you deposit tokens from another blockchain network (i.e. BinanceChain), Morpher will not be able to help you in recovering your funds, and the deposit transaction will fail.

Morpher Support cannot help you determine the optimal gas fee for your transactions. Use this method only if you know what you are doing.

Once you have sent your deposit, please allow for up to two hours of processing time before the corresponding MPH amount is reflected in your trading account. The estimated waiting time largely depends on network activity, and the gas used during the transaction.
