Depositing with Volet
One of the many ways that you can fund your Morpher trading account balance is by using Volet.
Volet is an online payment method and electronic wallet that integrates with Morpher, allowing you to easily fund your account using a number of popular payment methods.
To begin the deposit process, start by navigating to the Funds page. And choose your Payment Provider.
Then you can select how much you would like to deposit.
Volet supports multiple currencies, make sure that you select the currency that is most appropriate for your funding method of choice to avoid processor-side foreign exchange conversions.
After agreeing to the deposit terms and conditions, a pop-up or new browser tab will appear presenting you with two deposit options.
If you select to fund your account using your Volet Wallet, then the sum you specified will be subtracted automatically from your Volet Wallet account. Please check out this detailed guide on how to fund your Volet Wallet using a number of unique payment methods tailored for your region.
Once you login to your Volet Wallet you will see a dropdown menu listing each of your currency accounts from Volet. Select which account you want to use, and press continue.
Once you confirm the payment using your Volet Wallet account, please allow for some time until the tokens are reflected on your account.
In the unlikely event that your transaction was completed successfully, but failed to reflect in your Morpher account within 24 hours, please contact our support team and make sure to include the transaction ID (found in your Volet account dashboard).
If you don't have a Volet Wallet, you can fund your account using a bank payment card (ie: Visa, Mastercard). Simply select the second option to fund via credit/debit card.
Enter your card credentials, and click "Pay".
Please note: Due to varying financial regulations, some users will be prompted by Volet to submit additional information in order to verify their transaction. This process may delay recognition of funds in your account.
