Investor Account Limit Exceeded

At Morpher, we're committed to constantly improving our platform to provide a seamless and secure trading experience to all our users. Our recent tier restructuring has introduced new account value thresholds and updated the KYC (Know-Your-Customer) requirements.

New Account Value Thresholds and KYC

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your Morpher experience, we've adjusted our account value thresholds and KYC procedures. Notably, we've streamlined the KYC process to make it more user-friendly. Here's what you need to know:
No KYC for Deposits up to $300: You're no longer required to complete KYC before making deposits on the Morpher platform. This change is designed to make it easier for you to get started and fund your account.
KYC at $300 and Above: KYC is now only required once your portfolio reaches a total value of $300 or more. This ensures compliance with the regulatory standards and helps us maintain a secure trading environment.

Account Restrictions for Unverified Accounts

When your account value reaches $300 or more, and you still haven't completed your KYC, you will encounter certain limitations on your account. These restrictions were put in place to safeguard the integrity of our platform:
Deposits Blocked: You will not be able to make additional deposits into your account until you submit your KYC profile and complete the verification process.
Withdrawals Blocked: Similarly, withdrawals will be temporarily blocked until your KYC is successfully completed and verified.

If you are from an unsupported country and cannot complete your KYC, please contact our support team so we can refund your transaction.

Users From Unsupported Countries

Users from unsupported countries, even if they weren’t flagged upon signup, will not be able to pass KYC. In such situations, please don't hesitate to reach out to our dedicated support team for assistance. Here's what you can do:
Contact Support: If you are from an unsupported country and cannot complete your KYC, contact our support team immediately. They will guide you through the necessary steps to address your situation.
Get Refund Assistance: Our support team will also assist you in initiating a refund for your transaction. We understand the importance of resolving this issue promptly and will work with you to ensure a smooth process if you are flagged for being from an unsupported country after a deposit or upon completion of KYC.
