What is 2FA?

2 Factor Authentication

2FA is a two step verification process that involves entering your password and an additional form of authentication using a 6-digit code. This can be through e-mail or phone number authentication or through an authenticator app like Google Authenticator.
Fortmatic requires you to activate 2FA in order to use your wallet. You will not be able to sign in on Morpher without having activated it.

In order to activate 2FA, navigate to Fortmatic.com and sign in. If you have not activated it yet, it will ask you for 6 digit code sent to the e-mail address linked to your Fortmatic wallet.
You can then choose one of the above mentioned methods to set as your default.

Loss of Access

If you have lost access to your 2FA method, you will need to consult Fortmatic's guide here.

Reminder: Morpher does not retain your wallet login credentials, and cannot help you access your wallet in the event that you lose them. You are responsible for ensuring you are able to access your own wallet.
