Morpher performs basic "know your customer" (KYC) checks on all its users before granting them access to depositing on the platform. The KYC check helps prevent scammers, ineligible users, and malicious actors from becoming Tier 2 members.

How do I prove my identity?

To become a Tier 2 member, we require all users to submit a photo ID such as a passport or driver's licence, as well as a selfie video. You will be guided through the process once you click on ‘verify me’ on the settings page under Tier 2 level description.

How long does verification take?

Most users are verified automatically within 15 minutes of finishing the registration process.

Once verified, you will gain access to your referral link which can be found on the rewards page of the platform.

Is my data safe?

Morpher is compliant with EU GDPR regulations, some of the strictest personal data protection regulations in the world. If you would like to learn more about how your data is used check out our privacy policy.

Why does my profile "require manual verification"?

Most of the time when someone completes the KYC process they are verified automatically. However, there are cases when your profile might need a closer look from one of our support specialists.

Common issues:
Your selfie doesn't match the photo on your ID.
The origin country of your document does not match the country you selected in the drop-down menu.
The photo of your document is not clearly readable.
Our system has detected that the document is fake or altered maliciously.

How long does manual verification take?
Manual verification can take up to 10 days, although most identities are verified within 3 days.

Avoid the manual-review process by making sure you take clear photos of an international form of identification from your country such as a passport. We may have a more difficult time verifying local documents unique to your region.

Can I re-submit my documents if I have been rejected?
Yes ! You can resubmit one more time. If you have been rejected then you can login to your settings page and resubmit your documents.
