If you find that your identity verification failed you can attempt to submit your documents one more time.

To do so, navigate back to the Settings page, and you should see a "Retry Identity Verification" message, under the Tier 2 drop down menu.

To ensure that you're submiting valid, readable documents, and fully completing the biometric step of the verification process. We recommend you contact support at contact@help.morpher.com before you retry KYC, they will be able to inform you why your account got rejected the first time, and walk you through submitting a successful KYC profile.
