There are a couple of reasons why your KYC might have been rejected.

The document you submitted was not readable and therefore the information could not be extracted.

The document you submitted did not include the following information: Name and Lastname, full date of birth including year of birth and a complete document number.

The selected document origin (country) did not match the country stated on the document.

If your KYC was rejected for one of the previously mentioned reasons, you can submit your KYC again.

We recommend contacting support at contact@help.morpher.com before submitting KYC again; they will be able to help in creating a successful KYC profile.
