Typically, users verify their accounts naturally, when they want to upgrade their account to Mogul level, but verification may be necessary when we have reason to believe that a user may be from a non-supported country.
Here's how the verification process works in this case:
Automatic Redirect: If our system detects that you might be located in a non-supported country during your login attempt, you will be automatically logged out and redirected to a verification screen. This screen will prompt you to provide the necessary information and documents for verification.
Temporary Account Restrictions: Until your verification is approved, certain account features will be temporarily restricted. This includes accessing your account, making deposits or withdrawals, and engaging in trading activities.
Escrow for Deposits: If you initiated a deposit, your funds will be held in escrow until your verification is completed and approved.
Becoming a Mogul: Once your verification is successfully completed and approved, your account will be credited, and you will be granted “Mogul” status. This means you can resume full access to all features of the Morpher platform and enjoy a seamless trading experience.
If your verification is rejected because you are from an unsupported country, you will be able to request a refund if you contact our support team.
