What is 2FA?

2 Factor Authentication

2FA is a two step verification process that involves entering your password and an additional form of authentication using a 6-digit code. This can be through e-mail or phone number authentication or through an authenticator app like Google Authenticator or Authy.

Enabling 2FA

Open Morpher Wallet from the trading app or go to wallet.morpher.com and log in.
Go to Settings
Click 2-Step Verification
Pick Email or Authenticator app for your verification method. For email you will get a code in your inbox for secure login. With the authenticator app, you will have a code generated in Google Authenticator or Authy.
You will need to enter a verification code via Email or Authenticator app to confirm before 2FA is activated.

If you lose your 2-step verification device, trusted account recovery will not work. This is maximum security for self-custody, please make sure you do not lose access to your 2FA device.

Loss of Access

If you have lost access to your 2FA method, please visit the 2-Step Verification Troubleshooting guide.

Reminder: Morpher does not retain your wallet login credentials, and cannot help you access your wallet in the event that you lose them. You are responsible for ensuring you are able to access your own wallet.
